ShoreBreaker Surf from Murphys Waves

Introducing the Murphys Waves “ShoreBreaker Surf”….

Since the development of Typhoon Lagoon’s Surf Pool in 1988, Murphys Waves have been intimately involved in the growth and development of the commercial Surf Park industry. The launch of the Point Break Surf at Siam Park in Tenerife, which STILL holds the world record for the largest man-made surf wave (3.3m/11ft) and the subsequent opening of Wadi Adventure in Al Ain, were seen as game changers in the global surf pool market; propelling the sport into a global spotlight and paving the way for the advent of commercial surf pools, culminating in the inauguration of the sport to the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Our new Shore Breaker Surf system addresses the needs of surf park developers to deliver optimum wave performance for guests, while maintaining wave frequency and throughput for an effective ROI strategy. Our experienced team can guide developers on all areas of surf park development, from preliminary concept design to master planning and successful operation, all based on nearly 30 years experience in the industry.

Meticulously developed in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team from Manchester University, the Shore Breaker Surf is capable of generating a 6ft high barrelling wave every 4-5 seconds, with each wave pattern fine-tuned to our client’s exact requirements. All at a fraction of the cost of the competition!!
